Who am I?
I am Naomi, owner and therapist at Raven Holistics.
I began my studies in Beauty therapy in 1999.
On completion of my Massage diploma I chose to explore holistic therapies.
An area that had been of interest to me since childhood, having been told by a number of people that I had the healing touch. Only as an adult did I truly understand the resonant truth in their words and the need to further develop my skills.
At Raven Holistics, I am able to offer a range of treatments to suit the needs of the individual client and their current circumstance.
Treatments include: non-contact techniques such as meditation and colour therapy, as well as hands on techniques via a range of massages.
My intention is to provide clients with a safe and welcoming environment, where they can find tranquillity, balance and healing.
Naomi is amazing at what she does. She is incredibly intuitive and makes sure you feel like a brand new person by the end of the treatment. Highly recommended! 💖

Deposits are required to confirm appointments.
Deposits are refundable up to 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment time, any cancelation or curtailment within 24 hrs of your appointment may result in the loss of deposit.

Where are you based?
Raven Holistics is a garden-based treatment studio, which can be found to the rear of 52 Ravenscroft Drive, Chaddesden, De216nx (or type Raven Holistics in to google maps)
What are your opening times?
I work around my family and clients. I usually have more availability on weekdays during school times, however evening and weekend appointments are available on request.
Who do you offer treatments to?
I offer a range of treatments to clients of all ages and genders* (under 18’s requires a parent/guardian’s presence).
I don’t currently have suitable access for wheelchair users.
*new male clients require a referral from a known source.
Is the set up suitable for a guide dog?
In my experience even younger guide dogs who are still curious will eventually calm and rest under or near the treatment couch, most products are above hip height which reduces risks to the dog from ingesting products.
Can I have my treatment naked?
No, in order to ensure your modesty and help avoid any confusion over what treatments I offer, I insist clients wear at minimum underwear.
I’ve booked for a back treatment what should I wear?
I recommend wearing loose fit comfortable clothing, for back treatments some people like to keep their trousers/skirts on but have them lowered to just below hip level.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. You can select your own amount for the voucher and there is space for a personal message.
What payment types do you take?
Currently I am able to accept bank transfers, cash and gift vouchers.
What Is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule, please give more than 24 hrs notice or you risk losing your deposit.
How much is the deposit and why charge this?
Due to increasing numbers of bookings being made and not attended I have introduced a deposit system.
5 days prior to treatment a deposit of £10 per client will be required. This will be taken off the cost of your treatment.
